A Full Day of Events: The Madeline Island 4th of July celebration starts at 10:30am with a parade that includes entries from firetrucks and ambulances to family reunion marching units. An “old-fashioned” Fourth of July celebration will be held in Ashland on Friday with basset hounds, lawn chairs and apple pie. After the parade we encourage everyone to wander through Winburn Way and enjoy crafts, information and food booths enroute to the Lithia Park Bandshell will feature music and entertainment. In the evening, enjoy a world class concert by the American Band College at the Ashland High School stadium.
