New York City Action Environmental Customers NO trash or recycling pick-up on Friday night 7/4 into Saturday morning 7/5. Service will resume on your next regularly scheduled pick-up day. Please do not place trash or recycling out on Friday night. Premium 7-day a week customers will not be impacted by the holiday. The Recycling Department utilizes a contractor to collect recyclables on a weekly basis to reduce our reliance on landfills, prevent pollution, increase air quality and save tax dollars.
