eu4 declare independence without dlc sault ste marie 4th of july fireworks

I've never been able to win an independence war without the dlcs, so I have the same question. Sure, it's all about timing. There isn't, but there is a way to get all the DLC without paying! Sail the high seas and you shall quickly find them. Achievements can still be earned even if your DLC were obtained through dubious means. Ally other vassals/junior partners otherwise doomed. Fabricate on a border province, wait out the MMTH, ~50:50 chance for your overlord to grant you the province. Continue until you have enough provinces to have a decent naval FL. Get nothing but heavies, DoW, block the straigth between Lund and Sjælland, enjoy your independence. Declaring independence does not need a DLC. You just have to declare a war on you overlord with the independence CB. But there are situations in which that CB is not available (e.g. as Burgundy during the imperial incident or as a japanese Daimyo) Without the right DLC, it will be quite hard. Luckily for you, Burgundy is a country with some poweful enemies. Burgundy will count your armies on her side when pondering for war. Of course, never do anything to help in her wars, the more her armies are crushed, the better for you. Without any DLCs your only bet is a little patience and hoping burgundy gets their ass kicked by France or Austria at which point you take the opportunity to declare your independence war We would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us. Lets face it EU4 without DLC is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. This is coming from someone who really likes EU4. You need Conquest of Paradise or El Dorado DLC. You get abutton you where you ask for independence. Usally for Norway/sweden England/Lithuania before the are subjugated and evne scotland works. 4.2K votes, 124 comments. 350K subscribers in the eu4 community. A place to share content, ask questions and/or talk about the grand strategy game Is a DLC required to ask for independence support? I have recently gotten eu4, and I love it so far. I've been wishing to form the Netherlands as holland, which mean I obviously have to fight an independence war. I've attempted to ask nations like France to support me, yet I can't find an option. It's not too hard to break free as Sweden. Just build galleys up to force limit and wait for Denmark to go siege down Gotland from rebels. When they land on the island, declare independence and blockade the island with your fleet. Then, just kill off Norway's army and you should be in the money. Just started a game as Mongolia (vassal of Oirat), it seems that I'll have to suffer -3 stability if I use my independence cb. Is there any way I could lower or nullify the stability penalty?? (Help appreciated) My first time playing and coudln't find an explanation. French Louisana is asking me to support their independence. I have some questions about how that works in the game. If I agree to support them when they declare independence: A) Will France be able to attack and occupy my provincer in Europe? B) Will allies of France be called in to the war? C) What determines when the war is over? Anyone Without it you wait for Burgundy to go into war and starting to lose it. Then declare Independence War yourself. Or as Holland, you wait for the Burgundian Succession Crisis and pop out for free without even doing anything. Thanks! Holland is a junior partner to Burgundy. An EU4 Sweden Guide focusing on your Starting Moves, explaining in detail how to get Independent by 1448, as well as how to manage your eu4 1.30 estates, dip Independence war requires no DLC. Burgundy will attack Liege, which is an Imperial member, and have to fight the Emperor, which gives you ample opportunity to 1) get a high enough proportion of troops to be over 50% LD and 2) win your independence war. A DLC which allows countries to support your independence is very helpful. And the Res Public DLC is needed for the special mechanics of the Dutch republic [eu4.paradoxwikis.com] that you can get as the Netherlands.
