Alternative firework displays and events are available throughout Lane County for the Fourth of July. While some fireworks are legal in Oregon, they are banned within Eugene city limits. Oregonians will soon be celebrating the Fourth of July with festivals, parades, and, of course, fireworks. Here's a roundup of events happening.
