In addition to its eight permanent collection galleries, the museum hosts a variety of special exhibitions and educational programs. Klosterman Road, on the Tarpon Springs campus of St. Petersburg College. Located on the Tarpon Springs Campus of St. Petersburg College, The Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art is a modern and contemporary art museum featuring works from the 20th and 21st century masters as well as contemporary artists working in Florida and the Gulf Coast regions. In Tender Urge, artist Saumitra Chandratreya offers a quiet meditation on connection, care, and the unseen emotional threads that bind human experience. Through the integration of printmaking, installation, and material sensibility, the exhibition engages with personal narratives that unfold through quiet gestures and accumulated detail, inviting viewers into an experience that is nuanced and ISPS is collaborating with many community partners over the Summer, including the Westshore Financial Group, Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art, SPC’s Workforce Development Department, SPC’s College of Business, The Mainframe, Florida Nonprofit Alliance, Florida Civic Advance and the Association of Florida Colleges.
