Fourth of July celebrations have historically brought hundreds of thousands of people to the Capital to celebrate Independence Day, and closed roads. The Arlington County Police Department will close a number of roads around Arlington National Cemetery. The streets affected and the times they will be closed on the 4th of July: 3 AM to Midnight: - Memorial Bridge AND Memorial Circle 2:00 PM to Midnight: - Eastbound Washington Blvd. between I-395 (exit 8B) and Memorial Bridge D.C.
