Westlake Village The city starts the day with its an­nual Fourth of July Parade and Party in the Park. The parade begins at 9:30 a.m. at Lakeview Canyon and Agoura roads and ends at Berniece Bennett Park, 31800 Village Center Road. The city's annual 4th of July parade begins at Westlake High School and proceeds east on Hilliard Boulevard to Clague Park. Walkers join the parade at Westlake Christian Church, 25800 Hilliard Boulevard. Line up for the parade 9:30-9:45am, and we walk together to Berniece Bennett Park for more fun! 31800 Village Center Drive. At the park, there will be hot dogs, popsicles, and fun of activities for the whole family until 12pm. Westlake UMC is marching in the Westlake Chamber of Commerce 4th of July Parade—and we’d love for you to be part of it! You can walk with us in the parade or volunteer at our booth, where we’ll be handing out water and sharing info about our church. City Celebration Celebrate the 22nd annual City Celebration event that brings the community together at the City of Westlake Village Civic Center.
