Celebrate the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation! Steilacoom holds their free “Grand Old 4th of July Celebration” on Friday, July 4, 2025 with a street fair 9am-5pm, the parade at 1pm, and fireworks at dusk. The highlight will again be the professional fireworks display from a barge on the waterfront. For more than forty years, Steilacoom has hosted one of the best Fourth of July celebrations and fireworks shows in the Puget Sound area. Our fireworks are financed entirely by voluntary contributions from private citizens and businesses. Each year, the Steilacoom Chamber of Commerce presents the Grand Old 4th of July Celebration in conjunction with the Town of Steilacoom. The parade will be filled with activities and events such as the kid's bike parade, a street fair, live music, a beer garden, and MANY great vendors, and much more.
